At Reliquia Collective, we want you to love your curated pieces. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns for store credit or exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Ensure items are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached, and pack them securely in the original Reliquia Collective packaging.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and attach it to the outside of your parcel, ensuring old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your credit or exchange will be processed within 5 business days.
